D365 Developer - CF IN Team Leader

Overview

Dynamics 365 Senior Developer / team leader for the Corporate Functions team in Bangalore, combining hands-on D365 development with leadership for a growing group of developers.

What you'll do

• Lead the Corporate Functions India team and ensure they follow defined processes and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and security.
• Mentor and guide developers in India and help with distance-related issues.
• Gather requirements with the D365 functional team and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with the Porto team to manage timelines and meet quality standards.
• Stay updated on D365 and Power Platform advancements and drive automation/optimization initiatives.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 development (CRM).
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform, Azure services, and integration frameworks.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Previous experience leading a development team or acting as a technical lead.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in an agile environment.
