Overview

Manager for Managed Services - AI Solution Development, responsible for leading AI solution development and delivery within Assurance, including stakeholder engagement and implementation using Microsoft Copilot tools.

What you'll do

• Lead development and implementation of AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Copilot Cowork.
• Manage delivery teams and optimize managed services processes for continuous improvement.
• Engage business stakeholders to translate requirements into structured use cases and solution designs.
• Configure agents, prompts, knowledge sources, actions, workflows, and integrations using APIs and connectors.
• Extend solutions with custom code and test/troubleshoot end-to-end functionality.
• Support deployment, documentation, and user adoption while adhering to security and responsible AI standards.
• Use financial services domain knowledge to enhance solution development and engagement.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 8 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Hands-on skills with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Experience integrating AI solutions using APIs and custom connectors.
• Familiarity with responsible AI practices and governance.
