Sr. Solutions Architect - Workday

Overview

Sr. Solutions Architect - Workday (Finance Systems) is a senior technical expert and data architect responsible for designing, building, and securing enterprise data structures and integrations across corporate systems.

What you'll do

• Lead integration support and end-to-end data architecture across Finance, FP&A, Procurement, ZEO Success, and Legal business systems.
• Define and maintain data models, data lineage, and integration patterns to establish a unified “single source of truth”.
• Design, build, and optimize secure API-based integrations and file-based data flows across multiple platforms including Workday.
• Architect AI-driven automation workflows and evaluate/integrate AI productivity tools and MCP server frameworks.
• Enforce data security policies including encryption, masking, and access controls across integrated systems.
• Collaborate using RACI frameworks and keep documentation, SOPs, and technical architecture diagrams compliant with internal controls and standards.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 8+ years of experience in system integrations and backend development.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, SQL, JavaScript/Python, OAuth, and web services.
• Hands-on exposure to data structures and integration patterns across G&A systems/tools like Workday and Coupa.
• Understanding of LLM application patterns, AI integration tools, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) concepts.
• Knowledge of data security standards, encryption, access control models, and IT/SOX compliance frameworks.
