• Keep check and control on SLA and optimize it through planning and operational efficiency to meet organizational goals.
• Manage customer expectations and escalations.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Adopt frequent changes in scope and delivery as per business and customer requirements.

• Fair knowledge of Helpdesk operation.
• Fair knowledge of E-Surveillance monitoring.
• Fair knowledge of escalation management.
• Awareness of regulatory guidelines by authorities.
