Partnership Manager

About the role

We're looking for an Associate - Partnership Management to own relationships with our adtech partners and drive campaign performance. You'll be the bridge between our organization and partner networks, ensuring smooth communication, timely optimizations, and alignment on KPIs.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with adtech organizations, serving as the primary point of contact for partnership inquiries and updates
• Communicate campaign optimization progress to partners, providing regular performance updates and transparency on key metrics
• Gather and process feedback from partners regarding traffic quality, user experience, and campaign effectiveness
• Process partner requests efficiently and translate them into actionable campaign optimizations aligned with agreed KPIs
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and proactively identify optimization opportunities to meet partner expectations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 4 months of completed internship in an office environment (adtech, partnerships, or related field preferred)
• BBA or MBA degree
• Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to articulate complex campaign data clearly to partners
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with a customer-first mindset

Nice to have

• Prior experience in adtech, digital marketing, or partnership roles
• Familiarity with campaign performance metrics and KPI tracking
• Experience handling multiple partner relationships simultaneously
