Overview

Patient Strategy - Integration Tech Lead is a lead engineering role owning critical technical topics and delivery within a project/squad, mentoring others and aligning execution to broader strategy.

What you'll do

• Take ownership of ambiguous engineering tasks in the “grey zone” and drive small to medium initiatives.
• Lead technical design and implementation while applying established patterns and best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Prioritize and communicate with stakeholders, maintaining a bigger-picture view of product strategy.
• Translate organizational goals into technical roadmaps and guide technical direction.
• Define and promote testing strategies, enforce secure coding practices, and maintain high coding standards.
• Share knowledge in internal events such as DevOps Days and Tech Talk.

What you'll need

• Experience translating organizational goals into technical roadmaps and leading software design and implementation.
• Track record of acting as a technical mentor and participating in internal knowledge-sharing events.
• Strong proficiency in establishing high coding standards and conducting comprehensive code reviews for MuleSoft.
• Experience working with Salesforce APIs (REST, GraphQL, GRPC, Bulk 2.0, Composite) and Salesforce Platform Events for real-time sync.
• Hands-on experience designing scalable pub/sub messaging patterns and integrating with Solace PubSub+.
• Experience with automated pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Mule Maven Plugin) and monitoring/logging/alerting (Anypoint Monitoring, ELK, Splunk).
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, and CDISC.
• Secure coding knowledge including OAuth 2.0, JWT Bearer Token flow, and TLS/mTLS, plus API governance.
