Overview
Architect, administer, and operate the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and enterprise integration services, with responsibility for governance, security, reliability, and platform strategy.
What you'll do
- Administer and maintain Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, and MFT solutions.
- Define architecture standards, API governance policies, security controls, and reusable integration patterns.
- Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize applications across development, QA, UAT, and production.
- Manage upgrades, patching, migrations, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, and capacity optimization.
- Drive automation, CI/CD, DevOps adoption, API-led connectivity, and Center for Enablement practices.
- Provide 24x7 production support and participate in incident and problem management.
- Communicate platform strategy, roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
What you'll need
- 10+ years of IT experience.
- Hands-on expertise in MuleSoft administration, enterprise integration, platform operations, and production support.
- Deep knowledge of MuleSoft architecture, API lifecycle management, governance, security, and C4E practices.
- Experience with CloudHub performance, capacity planning, scalability, high availability, disaster recovery, and multi-region deployments.
- Knowledge of networking, SSL/TLS, certificates, authentication, authorization, Linux/Unix, Windows, and production support.
- Experience with CI/CD, deployment automation, Shell, Bash, Python, PowerShell, and observability tools.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- MuleSoft Administrator or other MuleSoft platform certification.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
