People Operations Coordinator - Global

Overview

The People Operations Coordinator - Global delivers a seamless, high-quality employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Act as the primary point of contact for People Operations inquiries via Jira ticketing, email, and other sources.
• Provide tier 1 People Team support including answering employee questions and people team systems user support.
• Escalate tier 2 People Team support requests for complex issues requiring interpretation or local expertise.
• Manage onboarding tasks including HCM onboards, new-hire data auditing, onboarding communications, and scheduling orientation.
• Maintain HCM and third-party system data integrity through accurate and timely data processing.
• Handle offboarding tasks including processing terminations, coordinating with IT and other departments, and communicating with departing employees.
• Support compliance reporting and audits and maintain employee files for accuracy and compliance.

What you'll need

• 1-3+ years of HR administrative support experience.
• 1+ years of Workday HR experience.
• 1+ years using a ticketing service tool (Jira preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for HR-related information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, with filters, vLookup, and formulas as a plus.

• International exposure is a plus, preferably HR experience supporting North America and EMEA.
