Planning Manager – (Data Center Project)

Overview

Planning Manager for a data center project in Chennai, responsible for ensuring timely completion of the project through schedule control, interface management, risk tracking, resource alignment and driving execution toward commissioning readiness and handover.

What you'll do

• Develop, monitor and control the project schedule from mobilization to handover.
• Track progress against baseline, manage the critical path and prepare recovery plans.
• Coordinate with MEP, BMS, IT, civil and vendor teams for milestone achievement.
• Lead resource forecasting, long-lead material planning and commissioning readiness.
• Generate dashboards, S-curves and MIS reports, and maintain planning documentation.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in data centre projects.
• 12+ years of overall experience.
• Experience using Primavera/P6 software.
• Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• Experience completing the end-to-end process of at least 3 data centres.
