Platform Engineer - Agentic

Overview

Platform Engineer for an agentic AI platform that helps teams and customers create, orchestrate, and run agents in production.

What you'll do

• Build and evolve a core framework for creating and orchestrating agents.
• Design and implement production-grade agentic loops, tools, and execution patterns.
• Build agents on top of the framework, not just underlying infrastructure.
• Own engineering problems end-to-end, from approach to shipping.
• Evaluate emerging techniques and translate what’s useful into production systems.
• Work with a small GenAI engineering team on implementations that are still being discovered.

What you'll need

• Real agentic engineering experience with systems running in production.
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks, orchestration, and multi-step tool use.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals for ambiguous problems to working systems.
• Experience writing production software in Python.
• Ability to independently learn unfamiliar systems and make engineering decisions.
• Technical curiosity and comfort as best practices change quickly.
