About the role

We're looking for a skilled Plumbing Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. You'll design, plan, and oversee plumbing systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with codes and optimal performance.

What you'll do

• Design and develop plumbing layouts and systems using CAD tools for various building types
• Calculate pipe sizes, pressure requirements, and hydraulic specifications based on project demands
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities for construction teams
• Supervise on-site installation and ensure adherence to design standards and building codes
• Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to integrate plumbing systems seamlessly into projects
• Troubleshoot system issues and recommend cost-effective solutions during construction and commissioning

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Engineer or in plumbing design and installation
• Strong knowledge of water supply, drainage, and sewage systems design
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar CAD software
• Solid understanding of Indian plumbing codes, standards, and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Nice to have

• Experience with BIM (Building Information Modelling) software
• Familiarity with sustainable plumbing practices and green building standards
• Certification in plumbing or related engineering discipline
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
