PMO – Value, AI and Measurement

Overview

The PMO – Value, AI & Measurement is responsible for ensuring transformation investments deliver measurable business value through an enterprise measurement and governance framework, including AI-enabled reporting and executive dashboards.

What you'll do

• Define an enterprise KPI framework, success metrics, governance standards, and reporting cadence.
• Create portfolio health metrics to support prioritization and investment decisions.
• Partner with business leaders to set measurable outcomes and benefits realization frameworks.
• Leverage AI and predictive analytics for forecasting, KPI measurement, and executive reporting.
• Design executive dashboards and balanced scorecards across delivery, business value, and operational metrics.
• Collaborate across strategy, finance, operations, and data teams to standardize measurement methodologies.
• Build repeatable measurement frameworks, templates, and reporting standards.

What you'll need

• 8-12 years of experience in areas including strategy, business operations, transformation, portfolio management, PMO, business analytics, value management, or management consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, analytics, finance, technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation or strategic initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
• Expertise designing KPI frameworks, executive scorecards, OKRs, value realization models, and portfolio governance mechanisms.
• Strong analytical capabilities with Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization, forecasting, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled business intelligence.
• Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, Anaplan, or Microsoft Dynamics and collaborating with data/AI teams.
