Power Apps Engineer

Overview

Hybrid role for a Power Apps Engineer building and maintaining Microsoft Power Platform Canvas Apps.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Canvas Apps in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Build responsive, intuitive user interfaces using Power Fx formulas.
• Integrate apps with data sources including Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and APIs.
• Implement automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Optimize performance and apply security and governance best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
• Support deployment and solution lifecycle management and document designs and procedures.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience developing applications in Microsoft Power Apps.
• Strong hands-on experience with Canvas Apps.
• Proficiency in Power Fx formulas and app performance optimization.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs and external systems.
• Knowledge of relational data modeling and working with Microsoft Dataverse.
• Experience with role-based security and environment management.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Model-Driven Apps in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Familiarity with Azure services and DevOps/ALM practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and source control.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-100 or PL-400.
