Pre Sale Engineer

Overview

Pre-Sales Engineer supporting customers and sales teams with network security requirements and tailored solutions.

What you'll do

• Engage with customers to understand network security requirements.
• Design and propose tailored Infoblox DDI solutions for customer needs.
• Deliver Infoblox technical presentations, product demos, and POCs.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with accurate technical input.
• Work with sales teams on solution positioning and strategies.
• Support post-sales handover and implementation and maintain documentation.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in network, DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), and network security solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (including DNS Security and reporting).
• Good understanding of DNS architecture, DNSSEC, DHCP, IPAM, and network services troubleshooting.
• Experience implementing, migrating, administering, and supporting Infoblox appliances and virtual environments.
