Principal IT Security IAM Developer (Sailpoint)

Overview

Principal IT Security IAM Developer for Identity & Access Management (IAM), responsible for how user identities are provisioned and protected.

What you'll do

• Engage in planning, directing, designing, and implementing IAM solutions.
• Lead day-to-day IAM project activities, including assessments, strategies, and roadmaps.
• Assist leadership with proposals, budgets, and work plans.
• Support service delivery for IT services within agreed service levels across the service lifecycle.
• Handle IAM incident on-call as needed.
• Work on identity provisioning support including ticket management, customer service, and knowledge of least privilege.

What you'll need

• At least 7 years of proven experience in IT information security/IAM.
• 7+ years developing and implementing IAM solutions.
• 5+ years with SailPoint IdentityIQ, BeanShell, and Java (installation, integration, deployment).
• 5+ years using Single Sign-On, Identity Federation, and Multi-Factor Authentication.
• 5+ years in Identity Governance and Administration, including user provisioning and access certification.
• 5+ years of Privileged Access Management experience.

• Location: Pune (Hybrid).
