What you'll do

• Lead the industrialization of the new P1
• Improve production efficiency (machine and direct labor) in the perimeter
• Capitalize and share know-how of industrial processes in the domain
• Participate in the design of new equipment and new lines
• Lead Lean design workshop industrialization
• Manage production equipment introduction using IPROM
• Follow equipment or assembly line development with suppliers
• Design small tools and validate supplier proposals
• Define acceptance criteria for new equipment or lines
• Perform pre-acceptance and acceptance of equipment
• Perform line trials and deliver reports
• Build action plans and follow up to be ready for FDPR
• Perform and/or collect capabilities of equipment and process
• Set up equipment and propose a Process Validation Plan
• Participate in PFMEA and Control Plan
• Monitor QCDM and propose improvements
• Survey equipment performance and optimize
• Work on cycle time reduction to optimize investments, material and labor costs
• Update routing on the information system with SPV validation
• Support production technicians (training, analysis, problem solving)
• Be in contact with suppliers for improvement and support
• Participate in SPV workshop and APU QRQC
• Validate PG RAISE and CdC standards and any proposed changes from sites
• Know, apply and promote standards (PG, sites or corporate) in the domain
• Apply SPV rules
• Ensure respect of Valeo Group Safety and Environment procedures
• Maintain 5S and report issues
• Alert on safety rules infringements
