Procurement Officer

Overview

Procurement Officer role focused on owning end-to-end procurement, supplier management, logistics oversight, compliance, and contract/legal support for procurement activities.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage end-to-end procurement including market research, supplier negotiations, purchase orders, and record-keeping.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee logistics activities including product transportation, inventory management, and shipping.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and quality control standards.
• Support procurement financial activities including vendor payments and budget management.
• Handle legal matters including contract management and dispute resolution.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement roles.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data and build supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in procurement software and knowledge of procurement processes.
• In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian business practices.
