Procurement Specialist – Supplier Performance Management

Overview

As a Supplier Performance Specialist, you will lead supplier performance management and improvement activities across assigned business groups, plants, and suppliers.

What you'll do

• Lead supplier performance management for assigned 3M business groups and manufacturing/distribution sites.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure supply continuity and drive improvement actions.
• Engage external suppliers to resolve issues and support supplier performance reviews.
• Develop and lead supplier performance improvement strategies for assigned divisions and plants.
• Support standardized supplier risk, performance management, and measurement processes for plants and distribution centers.
• Integrate Strategic Sourcing and Packaging Solutions inputs into operational supplier performance activities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in supplier relationship management, negotiation, analytical, communication, and collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Project management excellence.
• Process orientation and execution capability.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage priorities.
