Procurement Supervisor

Overview

Procurement Supervisor to oversee procurement specialists and officers, manage procurement documentation and reporting, and handle supplier negotiations and performance.

What you'll do

• Supervise procurement specialists and officers.
• Review and approve RFQs, RFPs, quotations, and supplier evaluations.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and delegation of authority.
• Monitor supplier performance and build strategic supplier relationships.
• Manage procurement budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
• Support audits and ensure proper procurement documentation.
• Prepare procurement reports and KPIs for management.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in procurement roles.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data and build supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in procurement software.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and international trade regulations.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian business practices.
