Product Expert – Clinical Data Management

Overview

Product Expert for Clinical Data Management, partnering with life sciences customers in India to drive product communication, adoption, and customer success for Veeva EDC and Veeva DQS.

What you'll do

• Build and foster engaged users communities.
• Engage customers in forums to deliver clear product communication and education.
• Represent the Product organization in customer meetings, online communities, and industry events.
• Drive customer value through release education and promotion of product capabilities.
• Capture customer needs and industry learnings and relay them to Product Management in the US.
• Collaborate with Veeva field teams to support customer success and best practices.

What you'll need

• Life science industry experience within the Clinical Data domain.
• Experience with Veeva EDC and/or Veeva DQS applications.
• Ability to collaborate closely with customers in India.
• Ability to stay at the cutting edge of AI and digital transformation in clinical trials.
