Product Expert Supply chain

Overview

Product Expert for Supply Chain at Haleon, responsible for SAP MM and SAP ATTP solutions aligned with pharmaceutical serialization and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Design and implement SAP MM and SAP ATTP solutions aligned with pharmaceutical serialization and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., KAZ, UZB, Tatmeen, BH, EU FMD and various other country market regulations).
• Work closely with business process owners and partners to gather requirements, translate them into system specifications, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee system validation, serialization data management, and E2E integration testing across logistics service providers, contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) and other supply chain partners.
• Lead the design, configuration, and support of SAP MM, SAP ATTP and Loftware (Serialization), SAP TH, and related systems to meet global regulatory and business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for serialization and supply chain traceability.
• Maintain system documentation, business process workflows, and compliance reporting.
• Ensure cross-team alignment and manage risks, escalations, and interdependencies.

What you'll need

• Graduate in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• S/4HANA certification.
• At least 14+ years of experience in product management in supply chain or supply chain consulting.
• Experience in managing business partners and S/4HANA implementation.
• Managing outsourced partner teams is important.
• Profound knowledge in MM and label printing process.
• Good understanding of ERP business processes and integration with ATTP from ERP.
• Functional exposure in SAP WM or MM modules.
• Comprehensive understanding of S/4HANA serialization capabilities and related business processes.
