Overview

Product Lead for AI Stockbroking, responsible for shaping and driving major AI Stockbroking product areas across multiple squads.

What you'll do

• Lead product direction for major AI Stockbroking areas.
• Define priorities, roadmaps, product standards, and success metrics across features or squads.
• Guide PMs, Product Owners, designers, and engineers toward clear execution.
• Collaborate across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and other financial services.
• Convert regulatory, operational, and business constraints into product decisions.
• Drive launch quality, post-launch learning, and continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• Strong experience leading digital product areas, not only individual features.
• Ability to balance strategy, execution, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes.
• Strong judgement on prioritization, trade-offs, and product sequencing.
• Comfort with high ambiguity, fast changes, and senior stakeholder pressure.
• Ability to simplify complex financial products into usable journeys.
