Product Management (Technical) Lead Consultant

Overview

Lead a technical digital product management role at Allstate Technology Solutions, turning strategic vision into tangible product outcomes across an AI-focused insurance platform.

What you'll do

• Craft and execute a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements.
• Ensure the portfolio of products is aligned horizontally and meeting product goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define what needs to be true to meet intended outcomes and understand user needs.
• Advocate and design for seamless user experiences, from concept to execution.
• Get hands-on with raw data and derive meaningful, actionable insights to influence product direction.
• Work through problem statements and define success before the team writes code.
• Contribute to architecture, UX and business discussions to drive collective success.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building products.
• Extensive track record of execution.
• 1+ years working with Google AI, Azure Cognitive Services or AWS Machine Learning, with hands-on experience.
• Experience integrating Generative AI into products.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (e.g., iterations, point systems, refinements).
• Comfort operating in an agile environment with ambiguity.
• Data literacy: ability to navigate complex data landscapes and leverage insights to inform product decisions.
• Analytical skills: ability to independently analyze and query data to find insights and understand patterns.

Nice to have

• Experience executing and scaling products with Generative AI or Agentic AI.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Some coding skills (Python).

Details

• Location: USA, New York (Remote).
• Compensation: $110,000.00 - $181,025.00 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
• Candidates offered this position must submit to a background investigation.
• Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position.
• Employees eligible to work from home receive a monthly connectivity reimbursement; reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload is required.
