Product Management (Technical) Expert

Overview

Digital Product Manager on Allstate Technology Solutions' team building a new insurance platform with Generative AI, Agentic AI and other AI capabilities.

What you'll do

• Craft and execute a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements.
• Ensure the portfolio of products is aligned horizontally and meeting product goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define what needs to be true to meet intended outcomes, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs.
• Advocate and design for seamless user experiences, from concept to execution.
• Get hands-on with raw data and derive meaningful, actionable insights to influence product direction.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building products.
• Extensive track record of execution.
• 1+ years working with Google AI, Azure Cognitive Services or AWS Machine Learning, hands-on.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (e.g., iterations, point systems, refinements).
• Comfort operating in an agile environment with ambiguity.
• Data literacy: navigate complex data landscapes and leverage insights to inform product decisions.
• Ability to independently analyze and query data to find insights and understand patterns.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating Generative AI into products.
• Experience executing and scaling products with Generative AI/Agentic AI.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Some coding skills (Python).

Details

• Location: USA - NY (Remote).
• Compensation: 120,000.00 - 193,725.00 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
• Candidates offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
