Overview
Product Manager for Developer Experience, CI, and CD within Addepar’s internal Developer Platform organization, owning the roadmap for tools engineers use to build, test, and ship code.
What you'll do
- Own and evolve the Developer Experience, CI, and CD product roadmap.
- Partner with Developer Platform engineering leads to define and sequence roadmap work.
- Define and track developer tooling adoption and outcome metrics.
- Reduce manual platform tickets by making golden paths, scaffolding, and deployment the default.
- Gather and synthesize engineering feedback to identify friction points and roadmap priorities.
- Represent the roadmaps to platform leadership, product stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
- Monitor industry trends in developer platforms and CI/CD tooling to inform roadmap decisions.
What you'll need
- Product management experience, ideally owning developer-facing or platform products.
- Ability to define and ship a product roadmap in a technical, engineering-facing domain.
- Working technical fluency with CI/CD concepts and tooling for credible engineering conversations.
- Experience helping engineering teams prioritize capabilities for shared application frameworks.
- Track record managing product development for infrastructure or platform capabilities with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfort using metrics-driven prioritization, including DORA metrics.
