Product Marketing Manager, Knowledge Work - Core Products

Overview

Own foundational positioning and messaging for Claude’s core knowledge-work products (Chat, Cowork, and the non-coding suite). This individual-contributor role builds and ships sales and buyer-facing enablement so millions of users and decision-makers understand what an AI collaborator can do.

What you'll do

• Define a story that drives millions of people to change how they work.
• Own and evolve positioning and messaging for Chat, Cowork, and Claude’s core knowledge-work products.
• Build and maintain sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, battlecards, and objection handling.
• Own proof points, comparisons, and narratives for economic buyer justification and adoption decisions.
• Develop ICP and persona frameworks that translate research into scalable messaging and campaigns.
• Own website and product page messaging for first encounters with Claude’s value for work.
• Build AI-native systems to keep positioning, messaging, personas, and enablement current and trustworthy.

What you'll need

• Proven experience owning positioning and messaging for an established broadly-used software product.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills across formats like pitch decks, web copy, battlecards, and persona docs.
• Experience building ICP and persona frameworks and translating research into scalable messaging.
• Experience building sales enablement assets and working with sales on objection handling and win/loss dynamics.
• Ability to operate autonomously as an individual contributor, writing and shipping assets directly.
• Comfort using AI (namely Claude) to inform and automate product marketing workflows.
• Systems thinking to move fast and with conviction in an always-evolving environment.

Details

• Individual-contributor role.
• Work from the San Francisco or New York office at least 2 days a week.
• Hybrid policy: expected to be in one of the offices at least 25% of the time.
