Product Marketing Operations Manager

Overview

You will lead end-to-end product launch operations for the product marketing team, building the systems behind launches and driving adoption through influence.

What you'll do

• Organize the product launch process end to end with cross-functional peers.
• Own the product launch calendar, sequencing, and prioritization across a broad portfolio.
• Maintain the plan of record for each launch, including deliverables, owners, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Coordinate the review path for launch materials with legal, policy, product, and communications.
• Drive launch-day execution, including sequencing, timing, access, and operational readiness.
• Develop and improve launch processes, playbooks, and operational frameworks that scale.

What you'll need

• Have owned launch or release operations end to end with accountability for on-time delivery.
• Have built or substantially improved a launch or release process.
• Have experience in product marketing, product operations, technical program management, or launch production.
• Be able to drive decisions and alignment across senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Have a technical background to understand and communicate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Write clearly and produce launch-ready materials.
• Work effectively as priorities and timelines shift while keeping complex plans coherent.

Details

• Expected to work from the San Francisco or New York office at least 2 days a week.
• Hybrid expectation: all staff in an office at least 25% of the time.
