Product Owner

Overview

Own end-to-end delivery of product workstreams for a SaaS product, bridging Product Managers and development teams. The role focuses on requirements, backlog management, agile execution, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering quality software.

What you'll do

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for an assigned product or workstream.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
• Own agreed initiatives and ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams on requirements and execution.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and agile processes.
• Track delivery metrics, document features, and support go-to-market activities.
• Analyze feedback and optimize live features to improve outcomes.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar SaaS role.
• Strong understanding of Scrum or Kanban product development frameworks.
• Experience managing complex product backlogs and delivering high-impact features on time.
• Excellent collaboration skills with engineering, design, and QA teams.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, Property Tech, or Housing.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner or similar agile certification.
• Understanding of user-centered design and product discovery techniques.
