Product Owner

Overview

As a Product Owner, you will champion the product vision by representing the customer's perspective, shaping and prioritizing the product roadmap and backlog, and driving feedback cycles to validate ideas and adapt the product to real user needs.

What you'll do

• Act as the subject matter expert, collaborating with and managing the team to perform, and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment on product goals.
• Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and lessons learned into the product development process.
• Mentor junior team members to support their growth and integration within the team.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of backend development principles and microservices architecture.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions using the Spring Boot framework.
• Experience in integrating RESTful APIs and managing application lifecycle.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies to support deployment and scalability.
• 15 years full time education.

Nice to have

• Experience with Node.js.
