Overview
Own the Workday Talent & Performance module end-to-end for Revantage and its PortCos as an active, hands-on domain expert, decision-maker, stakeholder champion, and product strategist. Manage functional strategy, configuration, delivery, roadmap, releases, adoption, and ongoing optimization in a complex multi-PortCo environment.
What you'll do
- Own the Talent & Performance Workday module end-to-end, from strategy and design through configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
- Develop and maintain deep functional expertise, staying current with Workday product updates, roadmap changes, and community best practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation resource for the module across all PortCos.
- Maintain knowledge of upstream and downstream systems and processes and design solutions with those dependencies in mind.
- Identify complementary or supplementary technologies, including AI-powered tools, third-party integrations, and adjacent platforms.
- Build relationships with HR leaders, operations teams, and business stakeholders across multiple PortCos.
- Understand each PortCo's workforce model, business context, and HR priorities.
- Run Product Owner forums, working groups, and user communities to surface requirements, share updates, and drive alignment.
- Manage competing PortCo priorities by communicating trade-offs, timelines, and decisions clearly.
- Facilitate requirements workshops and design sessions and translate business needs into Workday solutions.
- Own and maintain the module roadmap, balancing strategic enhancements, PortCo requirements, bug fixes, and Workday release adoption.
- Evaluate every Workday bi-annual release, lead opt-in decisions, and plan testing and rollout.
- Prioritize the backlog with stakeholders, the Functional Architect, and People Technology leadership.
- Ensure enhancements include change management, training, and communications for end users and HR teams.
- Track and report on roadmap delivery and benefit realization.
- Configure, test, validate, and deploy Workday solutions in the module area.
- Lead user acceptance testing for enhancements and releases.
- Create design documents, configuration specifications, and test plans before deployment.
- Own day-to-day delivery.
- Evaluate HR technology innovations relevant to the module, including AI in recruiting, manager effectiveness tools, and payroll analytics.
- Propose and build business cases for technology enhancements or new tools where Workday alone does not fully meet business needs.
- Collaborate with Workday, Paradox, HiredScore, Peakon, and other vendors to stay ahead of product developments and advocate for Revantage's priorities.
