Sales Executive

About the Job

We are looking for a driven Product Sales Executive to join our team on a Full-time basis with OnSite work arrangements. In this role, you’ll help grow revenue by identifying customer needs, presenting our software product value, and converting qualified leads into long-term business relationships. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate product positioning, smooth sales execution, and strong customer experience from first conversation through successful adoption.

With your expertise in software product sales and your ability to translate product features into business outcomes, you’ll play a key role in achieving targets, expanding our market presence, and supporting customer success through effective discovery and follow-up.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for assigned accounts and prospects, from lead generation to closure.
• Conduct customer discovery to understand requirements and demonstrate how our solutions solve real business problems.
• Present product capabilities clearly and confidently, tailoring messaging to different customer stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline using CRM best practices, including accurate activity tracking and forecasting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product demos, proposals, and implementation handoffs.
• Work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring disciplined follow-up and relationship management.
• Provide feedback from the field to improve product positioning, sales materials, and customer onboarding.
• Maintain professional knowledge of competitors and market trends to strengthen sales strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years and maximum 5 years of experience in sales (product-focused roles preferred).
• Demonstrated success in software product sales, including pipeline building and deal closing.
• Strong understanding of customer needs discovery, value-based selling, and objection handling.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present solutions persuasively.
• Working proficiency with CRM tools and sales documentation.
• Relevant experience with SaaS concepts and recurring revenue models is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in an OnSite environment and collaborate across teams.
