Overview
As a Product Software Engineer, you will work in an agile team and execute development efforts for Twinfield and its customers. You will contribute to software development, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of product systems and tools.
What you'll do
- Perform technical assignments and solve moderately complex problems under established policies and procedures.
- Contribute to project work following the agile scrum process specified for the team.
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and support of various systems and tools.
- Execute development efforts as part of an agile team.
- Manage and maintain product environments, repositories and versioning, build management, and deployments.
- Work through the product release cycle, best practices, code reviews, and defect management.
- Handle changes and enhancements.
- Apply multi-threading, application clustering, scalability, performance, application security, code analysis, and optimization practices.
- Design and develop databases.
- Address localization and globalization, security, performance, and integration with third-party components and applications.
- Ensure best design practices and processes are followed for continuous improvement of the product.
What you'll need
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant development experience.
- Working knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Web API, SOLID principles, JavaScript, and unit testing.
- Knowledge of C#, .NET, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, REST Services, WebAPI, and debugging skills.
- Understanding of SOLID principles, Test Driven Development (TDD), and unit testing.
- Knowledge of SQL Server and Azure DevOps in an Agile environment.
- Experience in Agile Methodologies/Scrum.
- Experience with Git source control.
- Understanding of HTML5, CSS, JSON, and JS libraries.
- Understanding of the product and experience with an agile SDLC.
- Understanding of and experience in Responsive Design.
- Experience in product release cycles, best practices, code reviews, and defect management.
- Good database concepts and hands-on experience in design and development.
- Passion for teamwork and creative, technical, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills in technical environments.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of microservices, CQRS, Azure, React or Angular, and Agile.
- Understanding of Azure development.
- Understanding of microservices.
- Understanding of integration and communication between multiple systems or applications.
- Experience with React or Angular and Bootstrap.
- Understanding of CQRS and domain-driven development.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot.
- Experience with Kubernetes.

- Location: Pune, India.
