Production Engineer

About the Job

We are seeking a talented Production Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality control, and optimizing efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing cycle.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct PCB Testing and Hardware Testing to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications
• Perform Soldering and Assembly tasks with a high level of precision and attention to detail
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
• Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve production-related challenges
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support quality assurance and regulatory requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in PCB Testing, Hardware Testing, Soldering, and Assembly
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address production issues
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
