Overview
Lead the India SSC FP&A delivery model for the Physician IDP portfolio, with end-to-end accountability across close, reporting, planning and decision support, operating as a senior finance partner to US-based finance leadership and business stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Own the month-end close rhythm for the Physician IDP portfolio, including pre-close readiness, in-close financial tracking, issue escalation, accrual and adjustment coordination, and final performance review.
- Lead post-close reporting, client-level P&L reviews, variance analysis and executive commentary across revenue, headcount, cost and margin.
- Drive forecasting cycles, annual budgeting and long-range planning, ensuring assumptions are integrated, challenged, documented and aligned with business priorities.
- Partner with US finance and business leaders during contract and solution-development stages to create financial drafts and business cases, including expected headcount based on volumes, productivity assumptions, onshore/offshore mix and client-level margin.
- Provide finance leadership on commercial trade-offs, scenario modeling, pricing economics, capacity choices and margin improvement opportunities.
- Establish governance for physician-client data masters, including client hierarchy, contract attributes, volume drivers, staffing assumptions, cost allocations and ownership of changes.
- Lead ad hoc analysis and decision support on growth, profitability, productivity, workforce, cost actions and client performance.
- Own service delivery governance with clear calendars, review checkpoints, quality standards, issue logs and stakeholder communication.
- Identify and deliver standardization, automation and dashboard opportunities that improve control, cycle time, transparency and analytical capacity.
- Build, coach and manage the India FP&A team; define responsibilities, develop capabilities, provide feedback and create succession depth.
- Act as the senior India point of contact for US leadership, maintaining a predictable operating cadence and proactively escalating risks and decisions.
