Programmer/Analyst 4

Overview

Programmer/Analyst 4 responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, supporting, and improving SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. The role combines HRIS delivery with role-based access governance, audit support, integrations, and production support.

What you'll do

• Lead Employee Central implementations from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare.
• Configure data models, Foundation Objects, MDF objects, workflows, business rules, picklists, and employee information.
• Manage role-based permissions, access reviews, role cleanup, and privileged access reviews.
• Support SOX/ITGC controls, audit evidence, control testing, and remediation.
• Coordinate integrations, data migration, testing, training, cutover, and stabilization.
• Provide L2/L3 support, resolve incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver enhancements.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, security, compliance, integration teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 5–8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with strong Employee Central expertise.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Full implementation lifecycle experience, including configuration, migration, testing, UAT, go-live, and support.
• Hands-on experience with Employee Central data models, MDF, workflows, business rules, Position Management, and data management.
• Practical knowledge of role-based permissions, least privilege, access reviews, and Segregation of Duties.
• Experience with SOX/ITGC controls, audit evidence, control testing, and remediation.
• Working knowledge of integration concepts and troubleshooting.

Nice to have

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
• Master's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules, IAS/IPS, SSO, SCIM, APIs, OData, or ServiceNow.
• Experience supporting global HRIS environments and quarterly releases.
