Project Coordinator

About the role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Bangalore team and support the smooth execution of our projects. You'll be the backbone of our project operations, managing timelines, documentation, and communication across teams while keeping all project data organized and up-to-date.

What you'll do

• Maintain and update project schedules, timelines, and status reports using Excel and PowerPoint
• Coordinate between project stakeholders, team members, and clients to ensure alignment and timely delivery
• Prepare and manage project documentation, meeting notes, and administrative records in Word
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and budgets to keep initiatives on schedule
• Assist in data entry, consolidation, and online reporting to maintain accurate project records

What we're looking for

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in project management or project coordination
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong data management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Bangalore and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

Nice to have

• Experience with project management tools or software
• Familiarity with process improvement or workflow optimization
• Basic knowledge of project budgeting or resource planning
