Overview

What you'll do

• Assemble and lead project teams and establish effective organisational structure and working procedures.
• Identify project objectives, allocate sufficient budget, and achieve optimal results and target profits.
• Manage and monitor each project stage from pre-design up to completion.
• Facilitate negotiations, analyses and meetings with authorities.
• Establish strong business relationships with clients, identifying and working around their needs and constraints.
• Represent client interests effectively throughout the project duration.
• Retain new business contacts and repeat business from new investors or landlord clients within an agreed time period.
• Promote JLL's business offerings to new prospects, key local landlord clients, business investor networks and industry landlord associations.
• Ensure effective delegation of responsibility and authority within teams.
• Carry out consultations, analyses and assessments.
• Create an environment where team members are encouraged to contribute, and manage team members effectively.
• Take action on improvement opportunities.

What you'll need

• A degree in a relevant property-related discipline.
• A minimum of 15 years' experience in design, construction and project management.
• An in-depth understanding of local codes and legislation.
• A proven track record in project management.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa.
• Ability to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and deal effectively with tight deadlines and high expectations.
• Ability to make tough decisions that resolve problems or improve operations.
