Project Lead Data Manager

Overview

Lead the development of centralized data management frameworks and tools for clinical trial oversight, ensuring data integrity, trial safety, and compliance. Provide strategic leadership for global clinical data management objectives and deliver final databases and Final Study Reports.

What you'll do

• Operationalize and implement centralized tools and processes for clinical trial data management.
• Define key metrics, develop response protocols, and standardize processes to ensure integrity and safety.
• Drive global clinical data management execution across systems and processes used for capture, management, reporting, storage, and archival.
• Lead DM activities for clinical projects and internal/external sites.
• Oversee timely, quality delivery for deliverables supporting monitoring activities (e.g., logs, dashboards, reconciliation, and coding).
• Translate metric outcomes into actionable response plans to mitigate risks to timelines or quality.
• Advocate for DM policies and procedures and mentor DM colleagues.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of experience working in a global network or supporting a global network.
• BS or equivalent in IT, statistics, or a scientific field related to animal health, or relevant work experience in animal drug development.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work across interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to coach and mentor less experienced colleagues.
• Thorough knowledge of electronic systems and capabilities for animal/health R&D, including maintenance validation and data pulls (plus).
