Project Manager

Overview

Manage end-to-end implementation and projects for Cleo's B2B integration, EDI and Supply Chain Solutions, with responsibility for on-time delivery, budget adherence, customer satisfaction and project profitability.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute customer implementation projects.
• Create project plans, schedules and resource allocations.
• Conduct project kickoffs and status meetings.
• Manage risks, issues and change requests.
• Coordinate with technical consultants, developers and customer teams.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and successful go-live.
• Maintain project documentation and governance artifacts.
• Use AI to accelerate project delivery, such as drafting implementation plans, summarizing customer requirements and generating documentation.

What you'll need

• Graduate (B.E./B.Tech).
• 6-9 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience with SaaS implementation projects.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Familiarity with EDI, MFT, API integrations or Supply Chain solutions.
• Can point to specific examples where AI improved turnaround time or output quality on a customer engagement.

Nice to have

• MBA will be an added advantage.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred.
