Project Manager

Overview

Lead end-to-end execution and delivery of Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) and building controls projects, covering planning, execution, stakeholder management, commercial oversight and handover.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end execution of IBMS and building automation projects.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting and risk management.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning and handover of Building Management Systems (BMS), CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems (ACS), and building controls and automation solutions.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within scope, budget, quality and timelines.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to management and customers.
• Manage project commercials, change orders, billing milestones and revenue realization.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor site engineers, project engineers and subcontractors.
• Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline.
• 8-15 years of experience in project execution and project management.
• Proven experience managing projects involving IBMS / BMS, CCTV systems, access control systems (ACS), and building controls and automation.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience handling customer-facing project delivery roles.
• Knowledge of project financials, budgeting, forecasting and contract management.
