Project Manager

Overview

Senior Project Manager responsible for the overall execution and delivery of healthcare fitout projects, ensuring completion within approved cost, quality and timelines.

What you'll do

• Provide overall leadership and management of the commercial project from design through construction and handover.
• Manage project delivery in accordance with approved time, cost, quality, safety and contractual requirements.
• Lead coordination between the client, consultants, contractors, vendors and other project stakeholders.
• Oversee design development, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Review and monitor project programmes, progress, risks, issues and recovery measures.
• Ensure effective coordination between civil, structural, architectural, MEP and specialist works.
• Monitor contractor performance, quality, safety, resources and compliance with project requirements.
• Lead project review meetings and ensure timely closure of key actions and decisions.
• Review project costs, variations, claims and commercial matters in coordination with the relevant teams.
• Ensure effective project reporting, governance, documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Identify and resolve critical project issues and manage escalations effectively.
• Drive successful project completion, snagging, commissioning, handover and closeout.
