Project Manager, Radiology Product Deployment (Remote based)

Overview

Lead the execution and delivery of complex enterprise Vue PACS customer projects, serving as a trusted technical and operational advisor to customers and stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Lead the execution and delivery of complex customer-facing projects, ensuring objectives, deliverables and milestones are achieved within scope, budget, timeline and quality requirements.
• Drive day-to-day project activities with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, operational excellence and successful business outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted technical and operational advisor to customers and stakeholders, providing subject matter expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build strong customer relationships, facilitate strategic discussions, resolve complex issues, manage expectations and ensure solutions align with customer goals, technical requirements and business needs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans, coordinating cross-functional resources across technical, operational and support teams.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance metrics, manage dependencies and allocate resources to achieve milestones and optimize delivery performance.
• Evaluate and manage project risks, issues and change requests using data-driven insights and independent judgment.
• Partner with project leadership to develop mitigation strategies, maintain compliance with technical and regulatory requirements, and minimize disruption to customers and operations.
• Drive collaboration, continuous improvement and successful solution implementation, supporting presales activities, technical integration, system deployments and customer onboarding.
• Facilitate communication across internal and external stakeholders, conduct post-project reviews, analyze customer feedback and project performance data, and implement best practices.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of specific project or program management experience in healthcare information technology, radiology or cardiology informatics.
• 2+ years of experience leading projects within the healthcare space.
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects across the full project lifecycle, including leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with customers and vendors, applying process improvement and problem-solving skills, and communicating and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in areas such as Business Administration, Engineering, Science or equivalent.
• Knowledge of DICOM, HL7 and clinical workflows.
• Ability to perform the minimum physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements, with or without accommodation.

Nice to have

• Experience leading projects with the Vue PACS product.
• CAPM, PMP, or Green/Black Belt certification.

• Location: United States, remote based.
• This is a field role, generally performed at customer or supplier locations.
