Property Data Specialist-1

Overview

Porch is hiring a remote Property Data Specialist in India to build an industry-leading understanding of residential properties by identifying, validating and recording key property information and training learning systems to support this work.

What you'll do

• Examine property documents to identify key pieces of information about the property.
• Validate the correctness of key information online, and search for more relevant details to add when possible.
• Accurately and consistently add the information and associated details to the record of the property.
• Manage caseloads and priorities to ensure a quick turnaround and positive customer experience on time-sensitive tasks.
• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
• Meet metrics for the position.
• Perform any other additional tasks assigned by management.
• Work directly with product and engineering teams to help improve processes for property data discovery and ingestion.

Details

• Remote work in India.
• Requires full and ongoing overlap with Porch's U.S. Central Time business hours (11:30 PM IST – 7:00 AM IST), a night shift.
• A night shift allowance applies in line with company policy.
• Requires a quiet space to work and a reliable internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Pay range: 4,00,000 INR – 4,25,000 INR annually, dependent on factors including experience, skillsets, job-related knowledge, market alignment and geographic location.
