Python Business Analytics Analyst

Overview

Python Business Analytics Analyst is a developing professional role that monitors, assesses, analyzes, and evaluates processes and data to support business decision-making.

What you'll do

• Gather operational data from cross-functional stakeholders to examine past business performance.
• Identify data patterns and trends to provide insights for business planning and process improvement.
• Recommend actions to support future developments, strategic business opportunities, and enhancements to operational policies.
• Conduct exploratory/confirmatory and/or qualitative analysis.
• Translate data into customer or consumer behavioral insights for targeting and segmentation.
• Continuously improve processes and strategies by evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities.
• Work with internal and external partners to build, implement, track, and improve decision strategies.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced process management skills.
• Comfort with technical skills including basic statistical modeling (logistic regression, decision tree).
• Proficiency with Python and SAS.
• Strong logical reasoning capabilities and willingness to learn new skill sets.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s/university degree or equivalent experience.
