Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python, Django, PostgreSQL (Raw SQL), React.js with Vite, and scalable deployment architectures.

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling complete software development lifecycles — from backend architecture and database optimization to frontend implementation, deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and production support.

This role is ideal for someone experienced in building scalable SaaS platforms, multi-tenant systems, and high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python & Django
• Build optimized backend systems with clean and maintainable architecture
• Write efficient and optimized PostgreSQL Raw SQL queries
• Develop responsive frontend applications using React.js with Vite
• Build and integrate secure RESTful APIs
• Develop and maintain multi-tenant SaaS applications
• Deploy and manage applications using Nginx, Gunicorn, and Linux servers
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Implement deployment strategies, server optimization, and load balancing
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver milestones
• Maintain coding standards, documentation, and version control practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Python Full Stack Development
• Strong expertise in Python & Django
• Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Raw SQL
• Proficiency in React.js with Vite
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience building SaaS platforms
• Experience designing and managing multi-tenant architectures
• Strong knowledge of REST API development
• Experience with Nginx and Gunicorn configuration & deployment
• Experience with CI/CD deployment pipelines
• Knowledge of load balancing and scalable infrastructure
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Node.js
• Proficiency in Git / Version Control
• Good understanding of Linux server environments
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

• Django Channels / WebSockets
• Redis and caching implementation
• Docker & Docker Compose
• AWS / GCP / DigitalOcean deployment experience
• Payment gateway integrations
• Experience building real-time systems
• Experience handling scalable or high-traffic applications
