Overview

QA Engineer role supporting clients’ CRM quality needs while migrating clients to a central platform and onboarding new logos.

What you'll do

Support clients’ CRM needs from a quality perspective.
Deliver executable output with quality and within defined timelines using STLC.
Run quality processes, adhering to expected testing standards and industry best practices.
Handle quick turnaround deliverables released by the development team.
Work with Solutions Management and Account teams to clarify requirement specifications.
Participate in projects and initiatives; suggest QA improvements involving database exports/imports, apps, tools, APIs, and landing pages.
Document test scenarios and reproduce production issues; follow change control processes.

What you'll need

Experience in a hosted environment.
Knowledge in cloud-based technologies.
Good communication skills.
Experience with STLC.
Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
Experience in Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
Analytical mindset with willingness to collaborate and share knowledge across teams.
