Quality Assurance Engineer

Overview

Quality Assurance Engineer role on the Technology team within the IPMS Business segment, based in Noida, supporting squads that build software solutions.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute automation and manual test suites for IPMS applications.
• Perform manual testing and create detailed test scenarios and test cases.
• Work with development engineers, architects and product managers to understand product workflows, requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain accounts for quality assurance and software development.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to clarify requirements, share feedback and resolve issues quickly.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a similar engineering or science discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of total experience providing quality assurance to a software development team for a commercial product.
• Understanding of test automation frameworks and assisting/reviewing script creation.
• Familiarity with tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit, REST and SoapUI.
• Familiarity with and clear understanding of Agile and Kanban development approaches.
• Familiarity with working with test and defect management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience in GitHub.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS or any cloud environments.
