About the Job

We’re looking for a Quality Engineer with 2 years of experience in a quality department to help ensure products meet performance and reliability expectations. In this role, you will execute quality assurance testing, interpret results, and partner closely with engineering and production teams to maintain strong quality standards and drive continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance tests and validate product/process outcomes.
• Analyze test results and compile clear reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support quality decisions.
• Develop and maintain quality standards, procedures, and checklists.
• Assist in quality control activities throughout the production lifecycle.
• Document and report quality issues, including trends and recurring defects.
• Support root cause analysis to identify underlying process drivers.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in ECE, EEE, or Mechatronics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Quality department.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.
• Good organizational ability to manage documentation and testing workflows.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
