Quantitative Developer

Overview

Quantitative Developer to own the end-to-end path from research to production, building systems that turn quantitative insights into measurable trading edge.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain systems spanning research and production for rapid iteration.
• Design simulation and backtesting infrastructure that models latency and real-world constraints.
• Define, compute, and curate features across instruments, regimes, and time horizons.
• Own feature and signal pipelines to deliver clean results from research to execution.
• Optimize strategy while balancing expected performance with real-world constraints.
• Debug issues end-to-end across research and execution.

What you'll need

• 3–7 years of experience in quantitative software development.
• Production experience in Python and C++.
• Experience with data analysis workflows such as pandas, polars, or similar.
• Strong grounding in probability, statistics, and time series analysis.
• Solid understanding of ML concepts as applied to systematic strategies.
• Familiarity with backtesting and simulation frameworks.
• Ability to work fluidly across research and engineering teams.

• Base salary range: $200,000–$225,000 USD.
