Overview
Senior, hands-on technical leadership role on the Predictive Analytics product team, designing and evolving enterprise software that processes large-scale industrial and time-series data, delivers advanced analytics, and provides rich web-based user experiences.
What you'll do
- Define and evolve the architecture and technical direction for Predictive Analytics, with a focus on scalability, performance, security, maintainability, and modernization.
- Lead the design and hands-on development of complex features spanning C#/.NET backend services, APIs, data processing, and Angular-based user interfaces.
- Design solutions capable of efficiently handling large-scale datasets and high-volume time-series data.
- Drive performance engineering across the data, backend/API, and UI layers, applying query optimization, caching, pagination, asynchronous processing, batching, and efficient data transfer.
- Design and evolve distributed and cloud-connected solutions using microservices, event-driven architecture, asynchronous messaging, resiliency patterns, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Drive product modernization and evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and architectural approaches through technical discovery and proof-of-concepts.
- Champion engineering excellence through strong practices in software design, code quality, automated testing, security, observability, and CI/CD.
- Lead technically complex initiatives, identify and mitigate technical risks, and coordinate dependencies across teams and shared platforms.
- Partner with Product Owners and R&D leadership on backlog shaping, estimation, technical roadmaps, and delivery planning.
- Mentor and coach engineers, promote knowledge sharing, and raise the technical capability of the broader engineering team.
- Contribute to production readiness, performance diagnostics, troubleshooting, release risk assessment, and continuous improvement.
